IMMENSE PROJECTION

Back-story
Corei J. Montabelle is a high-school sophomore in the city of Derringer, Belgasia. He is a psychic. Psyches are few and far between and many a poser exists. However, those who truly possess the powers have the potential to become borderline godly. Naturally, since Corei was mentioned at the very beginning of this paragraph, he is one of these, “special,” few.

Corei is what you could all a, “projectionist.” He can create his own world—from pure imagination. Fortunately or unfortunately, he has the ability to transport the consciousness (but not the body) of any living being into said worlds. Even more fortunate, this ability is not abused and kept as his ultimate secret. After all, he’d be the perfect tool for training the military and nobody but the wigs would want that to happen.

So, what would happen if, one day, he and his friends were to get a bit…disinterested in the real world?

Plot
Yeah. Just a typical fantasy(ish) adventure-type thing. It goes on as Corei and his krew get bored on a rainy day and he’s all like, “I’ve got an idea, but you have to keep it a secret, for real!” Naturally, since it’s such a big secret, his friends don’t know, but he trusts them enough not to blab (and if they do, he’ll crush them. Cheesy)

Corei will play the main antagonist and do nothing but observe and think of things to occupy the protagonists. Said heroes are off to collect the five Gems of Mystery and defeat the inexplicably evil La.

I don’t have any special ones of note, so yeah.

Not even I know what it's like, or I would have said so. This is what I get for assuming people will jump to a conclusion when I mention a fantasy adventure.

Y'know... I can't say I understand the plot. It's mostly the way it's written. Where do the heroes get the inspiration or task to acquire these mysterious gems and defeat someone with a two-letter first name? Also, which set of characters are we playing; the ones in this imaginary/illusionary world, or ones in the RP's 'real life'?

I specialize in plot-holes! It'd probably come from them all liking Legend of Zelda plots. Collect stuff, move forward, beat big bad. Idunnofantasticwritingisn'tmyfortéanymoarnotlikeitwasfantastictobeginwith.

Playing the imaginary world characters. There might be a few switches between, but the IRL side of the story is either contained to Corei making up excuses and the prologue to the plot.
