Dude. I can't find episodes 8 and up. -_-; Anybody have any idea where the crap you can find them? D: It's like MAR all over again! T~T
Anyway, this is also up for discussion grabs.
And for those of you who don't know Hetalia...well, I may as well tell you.
Basically, this takes place during WW II. Guess what? The countries are personified into pretty boys/girls. And we also have stereotypical humor. I've got some examples of the stereotypes:
America (Alfred F. Jones) [
http://cdn2.myxer.com/tn/c/1511627/big/?t=20081228170520
]: Can't read the atmosphere AT ALL. He has a hero-complex and is usually seen with a hamburger in his hand. His hobby is archaeology. Also, America is childish, which is a given since the country really isn't as old as the others.
Germany (Ludwig) [
http://ramblinggeek.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/hetalia-002.jpg
]<--Kinda fuzzy...: Definite soldier and the more sane one of the cast. He's also a perfectionist and likes baking cakes (I think).
N. Italy (Veneciano [sp?!]) [
http://neoshinka.files.wordpress.com/2008/07/aph_feliciano-vargas_axis_power_hetaria_italy.jpg
]: [practically the main character] He's useless and is a baby. Italy is known to be able to mass-produce white flags and run whenever there's trouble. Oh, and he loves pasta, wine, painting, music, and pizza.
Japan (Honda Kiku) [
http://brianandrew.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/vlcsnap-57725.jpg
]: Quiet and analyzes the situation before speaking. He's kinda...naive and introverted. Japan is also one of the more sane people.
Russia (Ivan) [
http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g134/champenguin/Hetalia/000cpep0.jpg
]: He gives off an innocent face and everything, but beneath that he's psychotic (and really violent, thanks to his bloody past). Whenever he threatens a country, he usually says something along the lines of "kolkolkol" to refer to...crap...I forget what it was called. Whatever. His hobby is partitioning Poland (meaning separating Poland) and scaring the crap out of his underlings (that was just my opinion XD). (By the way, this guy is so evil he broke that chair in England that's supposed to kill you just by sitting in it)
England (Arthur Kirkland) [...I'm sorry to all my British friends] [
http://brianandrew.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/vlcsnap-4469.jpg
]: England is a gentleman and likes things neat and organized. He can't cook to save his life and loves tea (duh). He also gets into many arguments with America. Anyway, England is the only one who can see unicorns, faeries, gnomes, blah blah blah fantasy creatures.
France (Francis Bonnefoy) [
http://jayer.files.wordpress.com/2009/04/vlcsnap-75263.jpg
]: He's a pervert. France is usually the one who gives out things that are censored as a gift (or to make fun of you [see French WW II posters]). He likes to molest the other countries, except for Russia. Nobody messes with Russia.
China (...I forget his name) [
http://metanorn.kokidokom.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/hap09_mkv_000147563.jpg
]: Wise and practically immortal. He also says, "aru" at the end of his sentences, mainly because that Japanese stereotyping for the Chinese. China is one of the few countries who are kinda sane.
Canada (Matthew Kirkland) [
http://ameru.eecafe.net/images/FANART/HETALIA/hetalia-canada.jpg
](<--Same eye color as America): ...Who's this guy? Seriously, nobody knows who Canada is and they keep mixing him up with America. Poor Canada.

I just got subbed episodes of the whole series (except the last episode) from a friend. Problem is, I can't see the video on my computer for some reason! lol Epic fail.

Actually, I just searched through
www.veoh.com
and found ALL of the episodes subbed~.
Plus, I joined the Hetalia community on LiveJournal, so I'm always up to date on what's new. :3 If you're interested, I can post the link to the community. ^^ They've been very good in subbing the episodes and doing scanlations of the webcomic.

Haha, you're welcome.
Oh, right. Here is the scanlations index for the Hetalia webcomic!
http://sites.google.com/site/hetaliaindexes/
For some of the strips, you need to be a member of the Hetalia community on LJ. Because of that, I am also posting the url for the community.
http://community.livejournal.com/hetalia/
Also, the link to the Hetalia Index is on the comm's sidebar.

Why, yush, I am a girl. xD People mistaken me for a guy anyway, so that was why I kept my gender as male for a while. ^^

People probablly mistake you for a guy because America is a pretty manly kind of name.
Now, it's time to take this Japanese animation back to America, where it belongs!

Ah, right, the 5-minute episodic show? My friend was boasting that he had marathon of APH of 12 episodes. It was impressive until I learned of the duration.
