Alright guys. I need some help. For theatre class, our final exam is choosing a monologue of our choice and performing it in front of the class. The thing is it has to be around 3:00 minutes long. I had the perfect monologue before I found out this requirement and can't think of anything now. It has to be from a Play, Movie, or TV Show. It also has to be approved by my teacher.
I would like a comedic one to test my skills as a comedian, so if you have any ideas go ahead. But if you have an epic dramatic one, I'd be interested in it too.
So..... Help?

Actually it may not be three minutes long but its the speech William Wallace gives just before the first big fight between Sctoland and the English army.

Do something from Shakespeare. Those damn things are three hours long. :/ If that's too boring...um...that's when you use Google.

Braveheart's really good.
There's always Bubba's shrimp monologue from Forrest Gump.
One of my favorite's has always been the 'V' monologue from V for Vendetta.
Don't ask me what the times for those are.
Edit: There's also Light's "New World" monologue in Death Note.

Im gonna go watch Wanted tonight to see if the one in there i want is long enough. It also, only has to be two minutes now so it's going to be slightly easier.
I want to try and find a funnier one if possible due to me being better at comedic acting and it's our final exam, so i need something im good at so i can get a good grade. I'd love to find one from Chuck if possible.

My personal favorites are monologues from Shakespeare's Richard III. Preferably the "Now is the winter of our discontent" or the "I will have her, but I will not keep her long" monologues.
Does it have to be a monologue? Can you have any exchanges with other characters? If so you should do a Monty Python and the Holy Grail sketch.

im trying to refrain from monologues from plays. I want something more modern and from a movie, because I'm really big on the whole movie scene. And the reason I want it modern, is because then i've most likely scene it, and if ive seen it, then it's a good reference for how i should act.
And yes. It has to be a monologue, but she changed the rule so now it only has to be 2 minutes long.
