So I'm the News editor for my school newspaper and it blows, by the way. I can link you to a site with my article about pirating music, though, if you want to read it. It's pretty funny/ironic/hypocritical.
Back on topic, now. I need ideas for an article whether it be an editorial or a worldly event that seems to keep people interested. Right now, I'm considering writing something about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the Gaza Strip, but that might be over done at this point.

Write an article about "violence in the media influencing kids", and make everyone in your school realize that, if they believe that's what it does, that they're idiots. You'll also have a lot of material.

write something the general school population will actually be interested in reading. They can get...stories about gaza and stuff..from the news, that shouldn't be your main story.. I'd just pop those in at the back somewhere. XP
Maybe your story could be about...
Teenage lover..and you could get quotes from your fellow students.
Or Maybe teenage pressure.
Or maaybe...
You could write about the social separations at school.
Or maybe you could do a profile each week on a student. Like interview the student..or interview the teacher. Where you just ask a few funkeh questions XPP

that's untrue. that's different social groups and classes, dork or not...you aren't an outcast...just in a different social group within society. |

Have you ever thought about writing something about the piracy problem off the coast of Somalia? That might be good.
Other than that, you might try what you think about the tea parties that took place across the country because of the government bailout stuff.
